The 2007 Judges:

Lucy Alexander is a writer and researcher at The Times Magazine. She was a PR account manager at Freud Communications before becoming a journalist.

Claire Nozières works at Andrew Nurnberg Associates as a literary agent. Previously she was Foreign Rights Manager at Frances Lincoln, an independent publishing house specialized in high quality illustrated books and children’s books. Claire sells translations rights to France for a wide-ranging list of contemporary US and UK fiction.

Rosalind Porter is an Assistant Editor at Random House and writes for the Spectator, the Times Literary Supplement, the Financial Times Magazine and Time Out. She is also co-editing a collection of new fiction to be published by Chatto & Windus in 2007.
